Kevin Jerrel Spence

Kevin Jerrel Spence, age 33, of Tomahawk, KY, passed away August 5, 2023. He was born November 12, 1989 in Prestonsburg, KY to James Fannin and Joanie Spence Hill. He is preceded in death by his stepfather David Hill, one brother, Scottie Fannin, and one sister, Kimberly Vance. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Kevin Lee Spence, his girlfriend, Thomasina Wallen, his step-mother, Carol Fannin, six brothers, Jamie Spence, Jason (Kala) Spence, Corey (Kendra) HIll, Wesley (Claudia) Fannin, Joseph (Tammy) Fannin and David (Sarah) Hill, and five sisters, Edna (Brandon) Simpkins, Tabitha (Bradon) Hill, Brittany (Brandon) Hogstein, Davina (David) Bragg, and Madison McKinnon. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
