Leona (Horn) Stepp

Leona Horn Stepp, age 56, of Inez, KY, passed away June 30, 2024 at Highlands Appalachian Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg, KY. She was born October 25, 1967 in Floyd County, KY to the late Thurman and Lizzie Dalton Horn. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Lester Horn, and one sister, Martha Horn. She is survived by her husband, Elijah Stepp, two daughters, Kaitlyn Stepp of Mount Sterling, KY and Megan (Adrian Smith) Stepp of Hazard, KY, and two sisters, Evalene Sesco of Inez, KY and Lurie Mae Thoroughman of Vanceburg, KY. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 2 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Horn Cemetery.  Family may visit at the funeral home from 5 PM to 9 PM on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
