Lowell Howard Sammons, Sr.

Lowell Howard Sammons, Sr., age 64, of Argillite, KY, passed away July 7, 2024 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born August 31, 1959 in Paintsville, KY to the late Thomas Cassel Sammons and Dorothy Testerman Sammons. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one grandson, Aayden Williams Sammons. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Kay Sammons, two sons, Lowell Howard (Meagen) Sammons, Jr. of Zephrhills, FL and Reggie Lee (Kati Jo) Sammons of Inez, KY, two brothers, Thomas C. Sammons, Jr. of Inez, KY and John O. (Rosann) Sammons of Winchester, KY, two sisters, Linda (Dan) Harris of Sadieville, KY and Patty (Brian) Webb of Lovely, KY, two brothers-in-law, Rudy (Connie) Hammonds of Inez, KY and JR (Heather) Hammonds of Hindman, KY, and one sister-in-law, Alice (Johnny) Stepp of Inez, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Lowell Heath Sammons, Zoe Kaylynn Sammons, and Zander Lee Sammons and a host of nieces and nephews. At the request of the family, there will be no services at this time. There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
