Madgie Mae (Johnson) Stepp

Madgie Mae Johnson Stepp, age 69, of Inez, KY, passed away January 19, 2024, at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. She was born May 2, 1954 in Inez, KY to the late Albert and Mary Dalton Johnson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William H. Stepp, one son, Larry Joe Stepp, one daughter, Sherry Ann Stepp, five sisters, Ruth Maynard, Virgie Maynard, Helen Bowen, Ada Warren and Baby Girl Johnson, and five brothers, Willie Johnson, Alvin Johnson, Donnie Johnson, Virgil Johnson, and Clyde Johnson. She is survived by one son, Willie Lee Stepp of Inez, KY, one daughter, Ginger (Ronnie) Fletcher of Louisa, KY, three sisters, Bonnie Johnson Collins and Shirley Branham, both of Inez, KY, and Bessie Pruitt of Thelma, KY, three brothers, Delbert Johnson, Albert Johnson, Jr., and Claude Johnson, all of Ohio, and her special neighbors, Gary and Betty Fletcher and Irene Harris. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Kayla (Zak) Kirk of Stanton, KY and Skyler Fletcher of Louisa, KY, and one great grandbaby due in April. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Richard "Doc" Maynard and David Bowen officiating. Burial will follow at the Stepp Family Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday and Sunday from 6 PM to 10 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
