Mary Blevins Obituary

Mary Ethel Blevins, age 53, of Boons Camp, KY, passed away May 3, 2020 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center. She was born January 31, 1967 to Charles W. Preston of Boons Camp, KY and the late Judy Mollett Preston. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, James David Blevins. In addition to her father, she is survived by her companion, Herby Mills of Tomahawk, KY, one son, Nathan (Whitney) Blevins of Boons Camp, KY, one daughter, Kayla (Shawn) Sweeney of Boons Camp, KY, two stepchildren, C.E. Mills of Tomahawk, KY and Josh Mills of Sitka, KY, three brothers, Charles "Ed" Preston of Williamsport, KY, Leslie Preston, Paintsville, KY, and Jerry Preston of Indiana, and two sisters, Lahoma Cook of Meally, KY and Betty Preston of Paintsville, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Alyssa, J.D., Kaylee, Chloe, Alyddia, and Natalie. A private graveside service will be held at the Blevins-Preston Cemetery with Roger Sparks officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
