Mary (Scott) Maynard

Mary (Scott) Maynard, age 62 of Inez, KY, passed away on December 30, 2024, at her residence. She was born on July 21, 1962, to the late Jerome Jay and Bessie (Whitt) Scott in Pike County, KY. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by one son, Jasper Lee Maynard, two sisters, Lilly McKinney and Polly Barboza, and one brother, James Scott. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Dale Maynard, one daughter, Donna (James) Gess of Charleston, WV, two brothers, Johnny Scott of Louisa, KY and Jerome Scott, Jr. of Georgia, and one sister, Exie Dillon of West Virginia. Mary is also survived by three grandchildren, Madison Gess, Emily Gess, and Ayden Gess, and one great grandchild, Autumn Goodman. Per the family's request, there will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
