Mildred (Bowen) Jackson

Mildred Jackson, age 68, of Lovely, KY passed away March 14, 2023 at Tug Valley ARH in South Williamson, KY. She was born January 4, 1955 in Louisa, KY to the late Roy and Linda Bowen. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Jackson, one son-in-law, Jamie Stacy, and four sisters, Alma Stacy, Charity Stacy, Gladys Nelson, and Dolly Bowen. She is survived by one son, Walter (Tanya) Jackson, Jr. of Debord, KY, two daughters, Anna (Daniel) Mayhew and Linda Stacy, both of Lovely, KY, and two sisters, Zelda Crum and Fannie Cook, both of Inez, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Austin Jackson, Alan Jackson, Hunter Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, Chase Childers, Abbie Justice, Jobie Stacy, Elana Mayhew, and Kelsey Dingess and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 at the Wolf Creek Community Church with Danield Mayhew officiating. Burial will follow at the Jackson Cemetery. Friends may visit at the church on Wednesday beginning at 5 PM and all day Thursday. There will be special services each night at 7 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
