Omega (Penix) Adams

Omega Adams, age 88, of Louisa, KY, passed away August 29, 2023 at Martin County Healthcare Facility in Inez, KY. She was born February 15, 1935 in Martin County, KY to the late John and Goldie Hall Penix. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Clell Adams and her son, Jerry Adams. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Ethel Adams, and three sons, Tony (Diana) Adams and Terry (Delilah) Adams, both of Tomahawk, KY, and Clyde (Melanie) Adams of Inez, KY. She is also survived by six sisters, Gertrude (Phil) Kimble, Jenny Spade, Oretha Zickefoose, Sharon (Dave) Harris, Karen (Joe) Hydeck, and Gail Berkleimer, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 12 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with James Maynard officiating. Burial will follow at the Riverview Memorial Garden. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
