Oscal Albert Wilburn Carter

Oscal Albert Wilburn Carter, age 68, of Job, KY, passed away September 18, 2023 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. He was born September 9, 1955 in Inez, KY to the late Rufus and Aline Pack Carter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one stepson, Elvis Lee McCoy, five brothers, Sturgill, Alfred, Johnny, Frank, and Arie, and four sisters, Eloise, Peggy, Blanche and Ruby. He is survived by his wife, Ollie (Jude) Carter, one son, Charles Steven (Amy) Carter of Job, KY, one daughter, Ruby Kay (Moses) Fannin of Louisa, KY, and two sisters, Creasy Jude of Job, KY and Elsie Maynard of Inez, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Alison, Charles Jr., James, James, Travis and Aiden. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 12 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mountain Valley Memorial Garden. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
