Otis Fannin

Otis Fannin, age 74, of Beauty, KY, passed away January 13, 2021 at Highland ARH in Prestonsburg, KY. He was born on September 28, 1946 in Inez, KY to the late Millard "Mid" Fannin and Elma Muncy Fannin. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Joann Jude, one sister, Yvonne Perry, and two brother in laws, Jack Perry and Albert Chaffins. He is survived by his two sons, Andy (Lou Ann) Fannin of Beauty, KY and J. J. (Sheri) Fannin of Columbus, OH, and one sister, Becky Chaffins. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Keisha (Bobby) Daniel, Sarah Louise Fannin, and Le Ann Fannin, and three great grandchildren, Gunner Daniel, David Booth, and Paisley Daniel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Wolf Creek Community Church with Rodney Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Booth Cemetery on Big Elk. Friends may visit at the church beginning on Thursday at 5 PM until the time of services on Saturday. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
