Patricia Ann (Hackney) Blackburn

Patricia Ann Blackburn, age 71, of Inez, KY, passed away February 15, 2023 at her residence. She was born April 28, 1951 in Virgie, KY to the late Edgar and Ida Rose Hackney. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Truman Hackney, Roger Hackney, and James Hackney, two sisters, Brenda Mounts and Ruby Fitch, and one grandchild, Keagan Moore. She is survived by her husband, Elbie Blackburn, two daughters, Nannie Lucy (Holly) Blackburn of Lexington, KY, and Rachel Ann (Anthony) Blackburn of Staffordsville, KY, one brother, Harvey Hackney of Debord, KY, one sister, Debbie Hackney of Kermit, WV, and two special sisters-in-law, Marsha Hackney and Irene Hensley. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Breanna (Brian) Blackburn and Brooke (Cody) Robinson, both of Inez, KY, Chelsey (Caden) Sexton of Staffordsville, KY, and Chloe Moore and Caylee Moore, both of Pilgrim, KY, two great-grandchildren, Rylan Fyffe and (Lil) Elbie McCoy, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 20, 2023 at 3 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Damron Cemetery on Poplar Fork. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday and Sunday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
