Pauletta (Mills) Hinkle

Pauletta Mills Hinkle, age 71, of Louisa, KY, passed away April 13, 2026, at her residence. She was born on March 29, 1955, to the late James Mills, Jr. and Ethel Pack Mills. In addition to her parents, Pauletta was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Maynard, one daughter, Megan A. Maynard, one son, Justin A. Maynard, one granddaughter, Mallory Babcock, four nephews and one niece.

Pauletta is survived by her two children, Brett Cassady of Louisa, KY and Crystal (Todd) Babcock of New Haven, IN, one brother, Randy Mills of Inez, KY, seven sisters, Donna Farris of Frankfort, KY, Janet Hobbs of Richmond, KY, Joann Davis of Flatwoods, KY, Charlotte Endicott of TN, Minnie Coyle of OH, Judy Crum of Inez, KY and Deborah Stepp of Inez, KY, two grandchildren, Erin Babcock of MI and Natalee Babcock of IN. She is also survived by a host of nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews.

Pauletta was a member of the Turkey Creek Church of the Nazarene.

Pauletta will be sadly missed by all who knew her and loved her.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 1PM, at the Turkey Church of the Nazarene with Dr. Garrett Mills, Rev. Dwayne Mills and Rev. Derek Catron officiating. Burial will follow in the Mills Horn Crum Cemetery, Inez, KY. Pallbearers will be Justin Chapman, Aleshia Chapman, Rick Crum, Nick Sumpter, Brad Stepp and Gary Gauze.  Friends may visit the funeral home on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 5PM to 9PM.
