Phillip Johnson, age 59, of Inez, KY, passed away October 2, 2023 at his residence. He was born April 18, 1964 in Columbus, OH to the late Wendell Johnson and Edna Luster Johnson of Inez, KY. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Wendell Michael Johnson. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter, Sasha Johnson, one brother, Charles Johnson of Columbus, OH and his significant other, Diana Lynn Haney. He is also survived by one grandchild. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with arrangements. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
