Phoenix Ryze Moore

Phoenix Ryze Moore, infant son of Destiny Moore of Warfield, KY, passed away April 19, 2025, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born on April 19, 2025. He is survived by three brothers, Jayden Maynard, Ashton Wiley and Caleb Maynard, one sister, Kiarah Cavins, and his grandmother, Kathy Hickman. A graveside memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 8 PM at the Warfield Cemetery in Warfield, KY. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
