Phyllis Ann Preece

Phyllis Preece went to be with the Lord in March 11, 2020. Phyllis was born March 7, 1958 to the late Romaine Hinkle of West Virginia. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roy Preece. Phyllis is survived by her sons, Brian (Sue) Preece and Gary (Dawn) Hinkle and children Roman, Michael, Joshua, Nicholas and Katie. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Cheyenne and great grandsons, Sam and Elliot, her brother, Ira Hinkle and his daughters, Crystal, Angel, Denise, Cherry, Stacy, her sisters, Faye Moore and her daughter, Melissa, and Linda (Marc) Pucel, niece Jeannie (James) Gray and April (Jeff) Culp, her family, Bill and Kay Preece, and their children, Derek, Kaylynn, and Todd, Ms. Barbara Fletcher and her son Brandon, Ms. Anita Preece and her children, Chandra, Chris and Tony, Virgil’s Daughter, Pam, and a wealth of great nieces and nephews. 
Phyllis had three loves, the Lord Jesus, Roy, and her family. Family was everything to her. She loved deeply and unconditionally, was mischievous by nature and had a hearty laugh that could fill the room and lighten the day. Phyllis had a passion for gardening. She loved springtime and the days spent outdoors in her flowerbeds and gardens. She believed deeply in the Lord and the life to come and was a member of River Baptist Church. She leaves behind a legacy of family and friends she loved and we who love her. 
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Arnold Fletcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Muncy Cemetery of Dryhouse, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5 PM to 9 PM and on Thursday from 10 AM to 11 AM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
