Richard McCoy

Richard McCoy, age 66, of Inez, KY, passed away on March 13, 2025, at his residence. He was born on April 8, 1958, to the late Clyde and Grace (Jude) McCoy in Martin County, KY. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by four brothers, Johnny McCoy, Gabie McCoy, Carl (Linda) McCoy, and Tommy McCoy, and one sister, Lois Meade. Richard is survived by his wife, Connie (Potter) McCoy of Inez, KY, one son, Richard Jason McCoy of Inez, KY, one daughter, Marsha (Leslie) Jude of Inez, KY, two brothers, Clyde (Angie) McCoy, Jr. of Marysville, OH, and Leroy (Phyllis) McCoy of Louisa, KY, and three sisters, Caroline (Kim) Ratliff Warfield, KY, Gail (Randy) Cassady of Pilgrim, KY, and Linda (David) Moore of Kodak, TN. He is also survived by one grandson, Brandon (Jennifer) Jude of Inez, KY, one granddaughter, Haley (Ralph) Reed of Inez, KY, and four great grandsons, Liam Reed, Walker Jude, Lane Jude, and Levi Reed. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 1:30 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Randy Cassady officiating. Burial will follow at the Riverview Memorial Gardens in Louisa, KY. Friends may visit the funeral home on Friday, March 14, 2025, from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
