Ronald Burgess

Ronald Burgess, 72 from Blue River, Kentucky, passed away February 5, 2024. Originally from Louisa, Kentucky, he was the son of Thomas and Margaret Burgess. He is survived by two grandsons; Chandler from West Virginia and David from Missouri, a brother, Thomas Burgess of Russell Springs, Kentucky, five sisters; Sandra Perry of Dalton, Georgia, Janet Whiting and Velma Francis, both of Ringgold, Georgia, Karen Burgess of Orange County, California, and Debbie Setzer of Decatur, Tennessee, along with numerous nieces and nephews. 

Mr. Burgess served in the Navy and, in the past, had been active with the American Legion. He was an avid guitar player and loved playing and singing in church. 

A visitation will be held at Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 11 AM to 12 noon. A graveside service will follow at the Burgess Cemetery on Route 2, Louisa, KY. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
