Rose M (Carter) Johnson

Rose M. Johnson, age 60, of Inez, KY, passed away November 23, 2022 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She was born November 17, 1962 in Martin County, KY to the late Sturgill Carter and Ruth Ann Maynard.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willard Johnson, and one sister, Claudia Pack. She is survived by four sons, Elmer Stacy, Jr. of Tomahawk, KY, Carmel (Mary Sue) Stacy of Debord, KY, William Johnson of Tomahawk, KY, and Jessie Johnson of Oregon, one daughter, Teresa Johnson of Oregon, two brothers, Ricky Carter and Randy Carter, both of Tomahawk, KY, and three sisters, Donna Blair of Tomahawk, KY, Nona Mae Stacy of Inez, KY, and Kathy Shoptaw of Tomahawk, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Tommy Johnson, Hunter Fitch, Carlee Jude, Jacob Hinkle, Brandon Bundy, Alex Bundy, Ashley Bundy, Desiree Johnson and Chris Johnson. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Richard “Doc” Maynard officiating. Burial will follow at the Johnson Maynard Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday and Monday from 5 PM to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
