Sally Mae (Johnson) Porter

Sally Mae Johnson Porter, age 63, of Inez, KY, passed away December 18, 2022 at her residence. She was born June 9, 1959 in Lawrence County, KY to the late Irvin and Gladys Booth Johnson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Luther Porter, her son, Jamie Lee Porter, and one brother, Willard Johnson. She is survived by her two daughters, Angela Marie Porter and Misty (Robert) Dillon, both of Inez, KY, daughter-in-law, Holly Porter of Inez, KY, and two brothers, Jackie (Sylvia) Johnson and William Daniel (Debra) Johnson, both of Inez, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Teirra Lynn (David) Noel, Jasmine (Daniel) Hall, Angel Porter, Kaitlyn (Aaron) Dial, Joshua Dingess, Luther Dingess, Caleb Dingess, Lucas Dillon, and Erica Dillon, and four great-grandchildren, Lennox Olivander Brown, Soren Harlow Noel, Presley Dial, and Donovan Evans. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 1 PM at the Vineyard United Baptist Church with Richard (Doc) Maynard and Dave Bowen officiating. Burial will follow at the Porter-Johnson Cemetery. Friends may visit at the church on Monday and Tuesday from 5 PM to 10 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
