Samuel Fletcher

Samuel Fletcher, age 59, of Tomahawk, KY, passed away April 15, 2023 at his residence. He was born December 4, 1963 in Martin County, KY to the late Joseph Isaac and Hazel Maynard Fletcher. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Roger Fletcher, and three sisters, Eunice Jude, Ernestine Perry, and Christina Preston. He is survived by three sons, Samuel Lee (Tabitha Parsons) Fletcher of Thelma, KY, and Justin Matthew (Chandra White) Fletcher and Cody Welch, both of Inez, KY, one daughter, Melissa Sue Fletcher of Georgetown, KY, two brothers, Gordon Fletcher and Lacy Fletcher, both of Tomahawk, KY, and four sisters, Bertha Jude of Tomahawk, KY, Jean Jude and Elsie Lowe, both of Pilgrim, KY, and Gracie Ann Spence, of Hindman, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Matthew Fletcher, Allison Fletcher, and Johnathan White. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Maurice Mills officiating. Burial will follow at the Fletcher Cemetery on Rockhouse. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
