Samuel Williams

Samuel Williams, age 73, of Tomahawk, KY passed away January 10, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center. He was born June 11, 1947 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Nathan "Catar" Williams and Mary Elizabeth Wilson Williams. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, David Williams, three sisters, Barbara Ellis, Kathryn McClure, and Jewell Sisco, and his brother in law, Gene Sisco. He is survived by his wife, Jan W. Williams, one son, James Lee "Jimmy" Williams of Cincinnati, OH, four daughters, Gwindlin K. Pierson of KY, Christina Williams (Keith Dwayne) Everhart of Denton, NC, and Alexis Bradford (Shawn) Mills and Samantha Greer (Andy) Williams-Maynard, both of Tomahawk, KY, nephews, Melvin Sisco, Eugene (Marianne) Sisco, II, Michael Sesco, John McClure, Mark (Amy) Ellis, and Rusty Ellis, and nieces, Gina (Roger) Patrick, Judy Ann (Tony) Cole, Priscilla McClure, and Shana Williams (Kevin) Campbell. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Briana Johnson, Zach Glass, and Jerrik Odin Lee Maynard, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Sam was the best painter around and was loved by everyone. He loved to help others and enjoyed when he had the opportunity to do so. Visitation will be held at Crum Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 5 PM to 9 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 1 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home in Loveland, OH with Vic Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Goshen Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY and Tuft Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home of Loveland, OH.
