Sherman D. Justice

Sherman D. Justice, age 86, of Inez, KY, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. He was born February 9, 1937 in Jennies Creek, W.V. His parents are the late Joel and Ethel Johnson Muncy. In addition to his parents, Sherman was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Maynard Justice, one daughter, Donna Sue Williams, five brothers Ray Justice, Burley Muncy, Boyd Muncy, Curtis Muncy, and Raymond Muncy, and four sisters, Irene Smith, Romaine Johnson, Ruby Muncy and Polly Muncy. He is survived by his son, James (Flo) Pinson of Inez, KY, two granddaughters, Bobbie (Steve) Pilkington and Mary (Austin) Hathaway, one brother, Benny Muncy of Baltimore, OH, two great-grandchildren, Mikie and Linie, and his son-in-law, Bob Williams. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Jerry Patrick officiating. Burial will follow at the Riverview Memorial Gardens, Louisa, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday and Monday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of the Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
