Obituary
Terry Walter Mills, age 70, of Ulysses, KY, passed away July 31, 2023 at his residence. He was born December 10, 1952 in Inez, KY to the late Ersel and Lorene Pack Mills. He is survived by one son, Terry Joe (Tracey) Mills of Paint Lick, KY, two stepsons, Ritchie Luster of Stambaugh, KY and Jackie Lee "Bub" Blackburn of Paintsville, KY, one stepdaughter, Vanessa (Michael) Allen of Inez, KY, one brother, Eddie Joe (Pat) Mills of Inez, KY, two sisters, Karen Williams of Inez, KY and Ronda (Nelson) Sumpter of Louisa, KY and six grandchildren, Derek Clemmons, Nicole Short, A.J. Mills, Cody Mills, Tyler Allen and Ayden Allen. He is also survived by a host of CB Buddies and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Mike Crum officiating. Burial will follow at the Mills Horn Crum Cemetery on Turkey. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 11 AM until the time of services. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
