Terry Linn Thacker

Terry Linn Thacker, age 67, of Mount Sterling, KY, passed away March 2, 2024 at his residence. He was born September 23, 1956 in Pike County, KY to the late Donald and Kelpia Abshire Thacker. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Rita McGuire. He is survived by his wife, Judy Hinkle Thacker, three sons, Justin Thacker of Lexington, KY, Jason Thacker of Inez, KY and Jacob Thacker of Mount Sterling, KY, two daughters, Jessica Thacker (Kevin Williams) Salyers and Jennifer (Randall) McPeak, both of Pikeville, KY, and one brother, Donald Ray (Norma) Thacker of Hardy, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Courtlyn Grace Salyers, Maleigh Bryn Salyers, Casen Cole Childers, Rylie Shae McPeak, Aiden Scott McPeak, and Kelan Trey McPeak. Terry loved to build model cars and had his own YouTube channel. He was an avid member of the model car community. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Luther Fletcher officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Garden in Louisa, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
