Vicie Blackburn Obituary

Vicie Blackburn, age 90, of Inez, KY passed away May 30, 2022 at Martin County Healthcare Facility. She was born May 1, 1932 in Martin County, KY to the late Columbus and Net Preece Tiller. Vicie had four brothers and four sisters. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mont Blackburn. She is survived by one son, Hector Blackburn of Inez, KY, and one daughter, Kathleen Crickmer of Bluefield, VA. She is also survived by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. There will be a private graveside service. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
