Victoria (Jude) Carter

Victoria Jude Carter, age 68, of Ulysses, KY, passed away October 2, 2022 in Wurtland, KY. She was born February 15, 1954 in Martin County, KY to the late Charlie and Truly Scott Jude. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Melissa Jude, two brothers, Jeff Jude and George Jude, and four sisters, Mary Mullett, Nannie Stacy, Easter Jude, and Laurie Bell Blackburn. She is survived by two sons, Brian Carter of Ulysses, KY and Michael Carter of Inez, KY, one daughter, Aleah Miller of Ulysses, KY, her companion, Elbert Perry and two sisters, Madgie Collins and Ruby Fletcher. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Vineyard United Baptist Church at 1 PM with Richard "Doc" Maynard and David Bowen officiating. Burial will follow at the family cemetery on Camp Branch. Friends may visit at the church on Wednesday beginning at 5 PM and all day Thursday. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
