Wallace Bobby Chapman

Wallace Bobby Chapman, 56, of Beauty, KY, passed away June 30, 2020 at Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Cleveland, OH. Bobby was born January 14, 1964 to the late Fred Charles Chapman and Mary Magdelene (Maynard) Chapman Carter. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Kathy Maynard, and three brothers, Johnny Chapman, Fred Charles Baisden, and Billy Ray Baisden. He is survived by, one son, Wesley Logan Ash and daughter in law, Elicia Ritchard, three grandchildren, Logan Eli Ash, Madysen Renae Ash, and Emily Rayne Ash, four brothers, Toby Chapman of Columbus, OH, Johnnie (Della) Baisden of Cleveland, OH, Chris (Tennessee) Chapman of Inez, KY, William "Billy" (Linda) Chapman of Beauty, KY, sister in law, Joann Chapman of Catlettsburg, KY, three sisters, Frankie (Ervin) Crisp of Paintsville, KY, Linda Dingess of Chapmanville, WV, and Wanda (Jack) Sartin of Inez, KY. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews who loved him so much as well as a host of friends. Bobby never met a stranger. He loved everyone and enjoyed laughing and joking with everyone. He loved music and watching TV, taking care of his home and keeping his lawn mowed and would say momma always wanted her yard to look good. He was always willing to help any of his family and friends. Bobby loved life and is really gonna be missed by all who knew him. Our loss is Heaven's gain. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Jimmy Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Chapman Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday and Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
