Willie Howard Obituary

Willie Howard, age 81, of Canada, KY, went to be with the Lord on April 5, 2020 at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born August 15, 1938 to Bertha (Howell) and John L. Howard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Ethel Stacy Howard, his daughter, Minnie Allman, daughter-in-law, Betty (Maynard) Howard, and three grandchildren, Justin Howard, Kyle Evans and Elaina Dotson. He is survived by his wife, Matilda (Stepp) Howard of Canada, KY, six children: Rodean (James) Dye of Martin County, Randy Howard of Martin County, George Howard of Pike County, Bertha (Joey) Robinson of Pike County, Ada Howard of Martin County, and Jobie (Melanie) Howard of Pike County and one step daughter Mary (Roger) Wallen of Floyd County. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. A private funeral service will be held for the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
