Obituary

Zelda Johnson, age 88, of Jeffersonville, KY passed away March 2, 2022 at St. Joseph's in Mount Sterling, KY. She was born January 2, 1934 in Martin County, KY to the late Ken and Vesti Cassidy Kirk. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul V. Johnson, her daughter, Pauletta Jude, her brother, Allen Kirk, and her sister, Thelma Kirk. She is survived by her son, Claude A. (Evelene) Johnson of Jeffersonville, KY and her daughter, Donna Carroll (Danny) Stacy of Tomahawk, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 11 AM at the Zion United Baptist Church of Pack Bottom with Lonnie Ratliff and Dennis Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
